MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: It's very easy I've been doing it for 30 years, bit hard to explain in a quick answer. Just a bit of pulling, pushing and wiggling.

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: Yes it works with the TV 3 , it doesn't come with wing nuts we use a rod or screw driver it's easier.
