Hydraulic inboard disc hub conversion to do your own plate, MRB

We take your standard inboard Lambretta disc hub backplate and convert it to accept the supplied slave cylinder.

This allows you to use a hydraulic master cylinder to activate your front brake.

Due to the rarity of these items we can only offer this service on an exchange basis - i.e. we convert your own back plate.

An old proven conversion for many years.

I have been using this conversion for two years now. It works superbly; an enormous improvement on the standard cable set-up and looks much neater than the outboard conversions. I sent a recently powder coated back plate for machining and got it back a couple of weeks later without a scratch on it. Excellent service; Excellent product!

Andy on 19 Jan 2010 asked "I have a question about "Hydraulic inboard disc hub conversion to do your own plate, MRB" I have a mbd converted back plate but require a replacement slave cylinder, how much just for the cylinder?"

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: Its no problem to redo a slave cylinder, we need your bare back plate and because each hub is a one off job its the same price to replace a slave cylinder as it is to convert a hub.

Danny on 25 May 2009 asked "I have a question about "Hydraulic inboard disc hub conversion to do your own plate, MRB" Mark , do you sell the slave cylinder separate, if so whats the cost please ..cheers Danny"

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: We can make a one off Slave cylinder but need your back plate to do the job. This takes as long as doing a normal conversion so costs the same.

c on 22 Jun 2008 asked "Can you supply just a replacement slave cylinder as I already have a back plate converted but cylinder is seized up"

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: If you send your back plate we can remake a new cylinder, it will cost the same as a new conversion as the work is the same.
